To quote a part of the current policy that was added in a later edit:

"Wildemount" is a location/setting used in the Explorer's Guide to Wildemonte books, which was only published for 5ednd-dnd5e.

"Id Insinuation" is a spell that can be found in an Unearthed Arcana for the 5ednd-dnd5e, though it can also be found many other places (like Pathfinder or older editions of DnD and elsewhere).
